Bring your family and friends to ride with you on this grand tour of the St. John River Valley. In it's tenth year, the Tour de la Vallee promises to be a challenge for all riders. The route takes you from Fort Kent to Keegan on Route 1, back to Grand Isle and the up in the back settlements and around Long Lake to Sinclair, and Route 161 to Fort Kent. You will see more potato country and quaint French villages. The terrain offers a variety of long flat stretches, small inclines, and one challenging hill as you turn off in Grand Isle and head for the lake. Get panoramic views of the St. John River and Long Lake as you ride along their shores. Short distance riders can do round trip distances on Route 1 where the terrain is mostly flat.
