Opened its doors on May 10th, 2004 in Madawaska at the former Acadia School Gym. The center is being utilized three times a week for Cardiac Rehab Phase III clients. Five days a week, the gym is open to community membership through various fee schedules. Discounts available for Seniors and Students. NMMC employees and their spouses can utilize the gym at no charge. Equipment available to everyone are: Treadmills, Rowers, Steppers, Aerodyne Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Elliptical Machine, StairMaster, various large BodyMaster weight machines for the bodybuilder and numerous free weights and benches.
