Megan brings a well-rounded clinical background to the cardiology team at Northern Maine Medical Center, shaped by years of experience across diverse care settings. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse in medical-surgical telemetry, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and post-anesthesia care units at multiple hospitals throughout Mississippi and Alabama.
These roles allowed her to develop strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a calm, patient-centered approach in both high-acuity and transitional care environments. She further expanded her leadership and coordination skills while serving as a Hospice and Home Health Coordinator, where she collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care for patients and families.

Megan transitioned into advanced practice, gaining experience in urogynecology before specializing in cardiology. She currently practices as a Cardiology Clinic Nurse Practitioner, where she is deeply involved in the management of complex cardiovascular conditions, patient education, and long-term disease prevention. Her continued work with hospice face-to-face encounters also reflects her commitment to compassionate, holistic care across the full spectrum of health. At Northern Maine Medical Center, Megan will add significant value to the cardiology team through her extensive clinical experience, collaborative mindset, and dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-focused cardiovascular care.
