The Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, evidenced based, behavioral health treatment for older adults and seniors (ages 55 and older) facing challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and/or emotional trauma. If someone you know is demonstrating tearfulness, grief and loss, stress or irritability, withdrawal, excessive worry, or social isolation, a referral is easy to make. The Program focuses on group therapy, individualized care plans, family involvement, skill-building, and copy strategies. The IOP bridges the gap between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services. The team consists of the patient’s primary care physician, medical director (psychiatrist), licensed clinical social workers, and mental health technicians.
With the outstanding success of our Senior Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health (IOP), we are proud and excited to expand our services to include an Adult IOP, this allows us to better serve a broader range of individuals in need of structured, supportive mental health care.
The Adult IOP will provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment in a flexible outpatient setting, designed for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not need inpatient care. Participants will have access to group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, and skill-building sessions tailored to address a variety of mental health and substance use challenges.
Our team remains committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that meets the unique needs of every individual. With this expansion, we aim to increase accessibility to essential services and support more members of our community on their path to recovery and wellness.
